We’ve shrunk our Viewfinder to be under 10m2, therefore no consent or trailer required. With the same floor to ceiling glass as the Viewfinder, the sleep-out allows the maximum amount of light in, giving a feeling of space and of course making the most of the view.

Perfect as a spare bedroom, studio, office or retreat. The Sleep-out is built to last using the same top quality materials as our larger Tiny houses and of course it’s backed by our 10 year warranty.
